How Sessions Work

A simple structure that creates depth without pressure.

Sessions are usually 60 minutes and take place online. Each meeting is a guided dialogue in which your questions and experience lead the process. The pace is gentle, the method is intentional, and the atmosphere is emotionally safe.

Conversation

We begin with what is most present for you right now: confusion, conflict, pressure, or uncertainty.

Reflection

Together we examine beliefs, assumptions, values, emotional responses, and possible perspectives.

Clarity

You leave with clearer understanding, practical language, and direction aligned with your values.

Before your first session

You do not need to prepare perfectly. Simply arrive with your current questions. If it helps, write down a few situations or thoughts you want to explore. We can begin from there.
